More booked walkthroughs:
a 30-day plan
What I have done so far, what ads usually cost, and what I would aim for next. Real numbers are marked real. Everything else says "estimate" and is not a promise.

What I did, real numbers
Calling works, but it stops when my day stops
Calls and emails each day
From calls to walkthroughs
4 walkthroughs from 136 calls. Massage Corner, Blue Door Medical, Code Ninjas and Nice On. Calling is cheap, but it only brings people when I have the hours to dial.
Why add a second way
Calling finds buyers. Ads let buyers find you.
Cold calling (now)
Who it reachesPeople who were not looking
LimitMy hours in the day
Facebook and Instagram ads
Who it reachesFacility and office managers, scrolling
LimitThe budget, and follow-up speed
Cold email (later)
Who it reachesPublished business addresses
LimitReply rate, anti-spam rules
You already have someone on Google. I would not replace that. I would run a small Facebook and Instagram test next to it, call every lead within 5 minutes, and keep the cold calling going.
What ads usually cost, from public data
Typical cost per lead on Facebook
A "lead" is someone who fills in a form. Public benchmarks, 2025. None of these is specific to Calgary office cleaning.
Most sources land between $30 and $60 per lead. That is before we find out how many leads turn into walkthroughs. That part has to be tested on your real business.
Orange is the planning range I use below. Vendor estimates come from marketing companies that sell lead generation, so treat them as rough.
Estimate, not a promise
What I assume
Why these ranges: public cost-per-lead numbers above, and a first guess for how many leads become walkthroughs and clients. Kushal, tell me your real average monthly contract for 2,000+ sq ft and I will replace the $1,200 below.
Estimate for 30 days
What a month of ads could bring
How it works
30 days, step by step
Before day 1You approve the offer and what the ad says. You set the budget. Your ad account stays in your name and your card pays Facebook directly.
Week 1Ads go live. Every lead gets a call from me within 5 minutes. A walkthrough is booked straight into the calendar.
Weeks 2 and 3I cut what does not work and push what does. Cold calling continues on the side. A report lands every Friday.
Day 30We read the numbers together: cost per walkthrough, signed clients, contract value. Then scale up, change it, or stop.
You can stop at any time. Nothing renews by itself, and I never touch your ad money.

What you will see every Friday
A one-page report with graphs
The numbers in this sample are made up to show the layout. Your real ones replace them each week.

Also in the report: money spent, calls made, emails sent, walkthroughs done, quotes sent, clients signed and the contract value.
If the budget grows
More volume in three steps
- Step 1: the ads test ($500 to $3,000 for 30 days). Calls and follow-up keep going.
- Step 2: add cold email to published office, clinic and property manager addresses, with an unsubscribe line. Target: 100+ emails a week.
- Step 3: more calling time. If the ads and email bring more than I can handle alone, I add calling hours aimed at 2,000+ sq ft buildings only.
I will tell you every Friday how many qualified walkthroughs (2,000+ sq ft, decision-maker met) we booked, so you can see which part is worth more money.
How I get paid
For results, not weekly fees
- Today's deal stays as it is. 50% of the first month's contract, $500 minimum, for every client I bring you. Signed by both of us on Oct 6.
- Option B for the ads test: a fee per qualified walkthrough that comes from the ads. Amount to agree together, in writing.
- Option C after the test works: a management fee as a share of the ad spend, agreed in writing. We only talk about it if the numbers are good.
- Your ad money goes from your card to Facebook. It never passes through me.
Anything beyond the Oct 6 agreement is a separate short agreement, signed by both of us before we start.
What I need from you
Four things to say yes to
- 1. A 30-day test. Suggested budget: $1,500 (you can start at $500).
- 2. Your numbers. Your typical monthly contract for 2,000+ sq ft, and how many new clients you can take on each month.
- 3. Approve the offer and the ad wording before anything goes live. I will not promise prices or terms in your name.
- 4. A fast handoff. I call every lead in 5 minutes. You or your team is ready for the walkthrough within the week.
Sources and notes
Where the public numbers come from
Facebook lead campaigns, 2025: average cost per lead about $27.66 across industries, $37.34 for "Industrial and Commercial", $41.26 for "Home and Home Improvement", lead form completion about 7.7%. WordStream / LocaliQ: wordstream.com/blog/facebook-ads-benchmarks-2025. Facebook compared with Google (about $70 per lead on Google in the same data): Search Engine Land, searchengineland.com/facebook-ad-costs-jump-beat-google-461690.
Commercial cleaning leads: inbound leads roughly $30 to $50 and cold outreach roughly $190 to $300 per lead, from a lead-generation vendor, Abstrakt Marketing: abstraktmg.com/best-janitorial-lead-generation-companies. Facebook instant forms about $15 to $30 and landing pages $30 to $60 or more, from a cleaning-industry blog: cleaningbusinessgrowth.com.
Testing: sources suggest $15 to $50 a day per ad set, run for 7 to 14 days or longer before the numbers settle.
My own numbers come from my Close call log and my sent-mail log, Oct 5 to 9, 2026. No ad results of my own exist yet for cleaning, which is why this is a small test.
Estimates on the projection slide are mine, built from the assumptions shown. Nobody can promise signed clients. These are targets, not guarantees.
